Prior to starting my training with Chris, I started to feel like I was hitting a plateau in my workouts and my progress. I was stuck in a routine where I didn’t think I was seeing the kinds of improvement I was hoping for. I wanted to see how I could challenge myself differently, build muscle and be happier with my performance. My problem was that I wasn’t sure where to begin-- especially with having to be mindful of an old injury I have, so I have to be a little more careful when I’m training. I thought the best way to get me on the right track was to approach Chris. I knew the kind of reputation he had as being a tough trainer, and really driven to helping people attain their goals.

Since I started training with Chris, I feel like I’ve learned a lot about overall health and wellness both in terms of exercise and in nutrition. Chris is not only willing to answer any question you have, he is genuinely interested in making sure it makes sense to you and that you can apply it to your own journey. As overwhelming as the world of diet and fitness routines can sometimes be, Chris is always willing to help you make sense of it all and find the healthy path that suits you best.

Chris has a really positive attitude that helps you feel more at ease and helps you develop a better sense of confidence in yourself. This was huge for me, and one of the takeaways I am most grateful for in my trainings. I never thought I would be able to be as strong as I am now, and that’s all thanks to the guidance and coaching of Chris. Despite having a history of some injuries that I thought would hold me back, Chris taught me how to safely perform some exercises I never thought I’d be able to do.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He invests so much time and effort into his craft, and it really shows when you’re in a one-on-one training session with him. Chris is a tough trainer who will push your limits, but he is also a very kind-hearted person who genuinely cares about seeing his clients succeed.
