Chris has a proven track record of helping clients with long-term fitness and weight loss success. Through using science based nutrition and exercise principles/philosophies, Chris helps people of all ages with various weight loss/gain and fitness goals.
As a professional trainer with 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, Chris works with clients 1-1, in small group training, as well as online consulting/coaching.
Chris has numerous 20-, 30-, 40- and 75-pound weight loss clients who have met their goals. He has helped 5 clients achieve 100+ pounds of weight loss.
Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA) and a member of the American Fitness Aerobics Association (AFAA). He is an Int'l Kettlebell Fitness Foundation Certified Instructor (IKFF) and a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the Int'l Society of Sports Nutrition. He is a member of the Int'l Society of Sports Nutrition and a Professional Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
